LPO CLE

Today more than ever, legal professionals are seeking effective, cost-efficient ways to meet the needs of their clients. The industry of “legal process outsourcing” (LPO) is changing rapidly, and many states are responding with ethics opinions concerning the appropriate implementation of this new area of legal practice. The ABA has also weighed in on the conversation, and has provided some guidelines for how best to approach an LPO situation. This CLE will provide an introduction to LPO, discuss the market conditions impacting how LPO is implemented by lawyers and their clients, and will cover best practices recommendations for putting LPO to work in practice.

The course will be presented by Bill Robertson, Director of Legal Services of Clutch Group.

This course has been approved by the New York State CLE Board for 1 credit hour in Law Practice Management. In addition, this course is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
