Founded by Paul Mandell, Clutch Legal is established to offer temporary and permanent placement of contract attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and legal assistant to clients throughout Washington DC and surrounding areas. The company’s mission is to offer the best possible people, service and quality to its clients.

Clutch Group opens state-of-the-art, turnkey project center in Washington, DC
Clutch Group opens turnkey project space in the National Press Building in downtown Washington, DC to offer clients unprecedented service and project capabilities. The project facility is a 5,000 square-foot work space maintained and operated by Clutch Group. The project center has six distinct, secure workrooms, two with inner offices for project managers, and a number of additional features to allow clients to run their document review projects flexibly and securely.

Dr. Daniel Isenberg of Harvard Business School publishes a case study entitled “Clutch Group: Should Abhi Shah Grab This Opportunity?” that focuses on international entrepreneurship and Harvard graduate and Clutch Group CEO, Abhi Shah. The case study is the basis of Isenberg’s 2008-2009 international entrepreneurship MBA class and is made available for similar classes at business school around the world.
