The Challenge

Four co-counsel law firms located across the U.S. needed to review and analyze a large volume of documents in Ohio for a class-action litigation matter, but they did not have sufficient internal personnel to manage and conduct the review.

Our Solution

The co-counsel firms hired Clutch Group to provide a turn-key, cost-effective solution for their document review needs in this matter. Clutch recruited and assigned a team of qualified project managers, attorneys and paralegals in Ohio to complete the project. The project managers led a team of over 25 document reviewers and traveled to different cities in Ohio for document collection and off-site reviews.

In addition to qualified staffing and project management, Clutch provided secure document review space, computers and phones in its turn-key facility in downtown Cleveland. The Clutch Group project managers also provided occasional IT support for the project, working closely with e-discovery vendors to troubleshoot data and software issues.

Clutch Group successfully managed and completed the review and production of millions of documents for this matter in just eight months.
