Varun Mehta

Vice President, Legal & Compliance Solutions

Mr. Mehta is Vice President of Legal & Compliance Solutions for Clutch Group.  In this capacity, Varun leads engagement teams for major financial services, technology and life sciences Fortune 500 companies that work with Clutch Group.  During his time at Clutch, Varun has led workflow overhaul, process re-engineering and cost savings initiatives for the legal departments of several major Fortune 50 corporations.  These efforts have saved legal departments millions of dollars and led to greater efficiencies among key stakeholders in the respective organizations.   In addition, Varun has managed global internal investigations relating to channel relationships, internal fraud, and bribery for several major Fortune 50 corporations.  Varun also manages all Corporate Marketing functions for Clutch and serves as a brand ambassador for the organization. 

Prior to joining Clutch Group, Varun served in the New Business Development and Technology Assessment departments at Johnson & Johnson and Boston Scientific Corporation.  With a strong focus on civic involvement and political awareness, Varun served as the President of the Future Leaders Council, a grass roots organization promoting leadership, social responsibility and political engagement for Indian American youth.  In this role, Varun grew the organization to 25 chapters with over 5000 members.  Varun holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
