JB Costilow

Vice President, Knowledge Management & Innovation

Mr. Costilow is the Vice President of Knowledge Management & Innovation for Clutch Group.  In this role, Mr. Costilow is responsible for building innovative solutions by leveraging industry leading technologies and developing high performance processes to solve our clients’ most significant opportunities and challenging problems.  He has extensive experience working with a broad array of business solutions including knowledge and content management, portals, search engines, document management, workflow, BPM, records management, imaging, intranets and electronic document databases.  Mr. Costilow is well versed in the practical business aspects and technical aspects of implementing large scale e-applications for the professional services industry.

Prior to joining Clutch, Mr. Costilow was a Global Practice Manager in the Litigation & Investigations Practice with CPA Global where he was responsible for facilitating the continued growth and development of the Litigation and Investigations practice group.  In his role at CPA Global he worked with both internal and external stakeholders to create custom tailored value-added solutions, develop client engagement models, service implementation strategies and product definitions.  He also assisted with the development of the company’s global operations and delivery plan.  Prior to joining CPA, he was a contract Discovery Compliance Associate serving Huron Consulting Group, and was directly involved in several large scale document review projects in both a quality control analyst and document review capacity.

Mr. Costilow received his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his BS in Political Science from Guilford College, located in Greensboro, NC.  He is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Mr. Costilow was raised in Birmingham, Alabama and now lives in Mooresville, North Carolina with his wife and two children.  Outside of his work with Clutch Group, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating on Lake Norman and is an avid sports fan with a particular passion for the game of soccer.
